The Kanpai Group has created a brand new restaurant called "Wagyu 47", located on the 47th floor of Breeze Nanshan, a trendy gourmet town. It is the highest yakiniku and kaiseki restaurant in Taiwan with the highest view. It combines yakiniku, Wagyu sushi and kaiseki cuisine to perfectly interpret the new form of "top-grade Wagyu fine dining" and hopes to become a benchmark restaurant for "popular fine dining".

Taipei City Imagery Set Menu (NT$1200): Featuring carefully selected Japanese A5 Wagyu beef tenderloin. Tenderloin, a rare cut from less active meat, boasts exceptionally delicate and tender textures. Two distinct cooking methods showcase the captivating flavor profile of Wagyu beef. The Fried Tenderloin Sandwich features thick-cut Wagyu tenderloin coated in a thin, crispy batter and deep-fried at high heat to lock in the juices. The light, crispy exterior and delightful aroma unfold with each bite. The Grilled Tenderloin Sandwich, on the other hand, is meticulously grilled to concentrate the natural aroma and fat of the Wagyu beef. The tender tenderloin sandwiched between perfectly toasted bread allows you to directly experience the delicate texture and sweetness of the meat.
