2025 餐廳週以「Define Taipei」為概念,邀請台北市知名 Fine Dining 與米其林星級主廚參與,論述「什麼是台北的精緻餐飲」。

活動期間,「Define Taipei」合作餐廳將限時推出 NT 2,600 台北城市意象餐點組合,呈現主廚對台北的風味印象。

在這座擁有深厚文化底蘊與自由靈魂的城市裡,台北是什麼、不是什麼,「台北」這個概念由餐飲業來論述,主廚與料理人以餐桌為舞台,創作屬於台灣、屬於台北的特色料理。

現代法式餐廳「Seasons by olivier e.」由坐擁27顆米其林星肯定的星級主廚 - Olivier Elzer領軍,嚴選在地時令食材、融入主廚個人創意,展現法餐烹飪精髓。餐廳以休閒餐飲 (Casual Dining) 為定位,承襲了W品牌獨樹一格的個性,憑藉愜意閒適氛圍、融合傳統與創新魅力的獨特料理,打破大眾對法式料理的刻板印象。現場提供套餐與單點等不同消費模式,用餐之餘亦可由侍酒師推薦佐餐品飲,昇華味蕾的絕妙享受;每逢佳節亦將推出限定套餐,期待賓客每次到訪皆能感受到有別以往的體驗。 Seasons by olivier e. 力邀業界頂尖人士參與前期籌備,由在高級訂製服界擁有教父地位的「方國強」設計師量身打造橘色系亮眼制服,整體空間則由來自英國倫敦的著名建築事務所「G.A. Design」操刀,台北W飯店亦為其作品之一。為符合餐廳命名及經營理念,團隊大量選用天然木材與綠色植栽呈現大自然的風采,整體氛圍明亮且舒適。開放式廚房的深色背景對比出廚師們的沉穩風采,提供貴賓一覽精彩的美食魔法。 用餐空間規劃另蘊藏巧思,包含位於池畔的戶外露台、直面信義區市景的半開放式包廂,以及擁有壁畫作為背景的座位區。壁畫由藝術家王妤璇創作,結合夜市與在地蔬果元素,為餐廳增添一絲台灣特色。隨著每日時序變化,陽光穿透不同建材所創造的光影流動,當日光灑進,溫馨氛圍籠罩;夜幕低垂時,各式特色燈具亮起,使整體環境轉化為熱鬧的社交中心。 The modern French restaurant Seasons by olivier e. is led by Michelin-starred Chef Olivier Elzer, who has earned an impressive 27 Michelin stars throughout his career. Emphasizing the essence of French cuisine, the restaurant carefully selects seasonal local ingredients, infused with the chef’s personal creativity. Positioned as a casual dining destination, it embodies W’s distinctive personality, offering a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. With its unique fusion of tradition and innovation, Seasons by olivier e. redefines French dining, breaking away from conventional perceptions. Guests can choose between set menus and à la carte options, with our sommelier on hand to recommend perfect pairings that elevate the dining experience. Seasonal festive menus are also introduced during special occasions, ensuring that every visit offers something new and exciting. To bring Seasons by olivier e. to life, industry-leading experts were invited to contribute to its design. Renowned haute couture designer Khieng Puong created striking uniforms in vibrant orange, while the restaurant’s interiors were designed by the esteemed London-based architectural firm G.A. Design, known for its work on W Taipei. Inspired by the restaurant’s name and philosophy, the space incorporates natural wood and lush greenery, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The open kitchen, set against a dark backdrop, highlights the chefs in action, offering guests a front-row space to culinary artistry. A decorative wheel axle system, reminiscent of those found in barns, serves as a symbol of seasonal harvests and cherished dining memories. The restaurant’s thoughtfully designed spaces enhance the dining experience, featuring an outdoor balcony by the pool, semi-private dining rooms with panoramic views of Xinyi District, and a mural-backed seating area. The mural, created by artist Wang Yu-Hsuan, blends elements of Taiwan’s night markets with local fruits and vegetables, adding a distinctive local touch to the French dining ambiance. Throughout the day, natural light filters through various materials, creating dynamic shifts in illumination that seamlessly transition from daytime warmth to an atmospheric nighttime glow. As daylight pours in, the space exudes a cozy charm, while evening brings the venue to life with vibrant lighting, transforming it into a lively social hub.
