Moving from Taichung to Taipei, we present a new image, continuing our commitment to cuisine and hospitality, and welcoming each guest anew. Inheriting a 35-year history with fishing boats, 77 opèt focuses on locally sourced seafood and seasonal ingredients, blending Taiwanese terroir with French and European culinary techniques. Through charcoal grilling, sauces, and meticulous cooking, we present pure and layered flavors. We retain the fine dining tradition's emphasis on ingredients, techniques, and details, but remove the rigid rules and aloofness.
