餐廳介紹

The name "玖尹(Jiu Yin)" is derived from its English name, Royal Joying Soirée. "玖" symbolizes fine jade, and "尹" means a local official, extending the meaning to "a place of exquisite dining." The restaurant invites Cantonese cuisine expert Chef Kuang Qiming as a consultant, along with his protégés Li Guanyi and Li Guosheng, who specialize in Cantonese dishes and dim sum, respectively. The 88-seat dining space is bright and comfortable, providing guests with attentive service that makes them feel at home.

Dine-in and show the pass to receive a complimentary serving of either Mango Sago or Almond Tea Croissant (must meet the minimum spending requirement). - Mango Sago: A classic Hong Kong dessert with a creative twist, replacing sago pearls with mango popping boba for added texture and fruity aroma. The blend of sweet mango and rich coconut milk, topped with refreshing ice cream and zesty pomelo, creates a perfectly balanced sweet and tangy flavor. - Almond Tea Croissant: Crafted with a blend of southern and northern almonds, slow-cooked with sticky rice for a thick, smooth texture. Mildly sweet and nourishing, it’s paired with a handcrafted, crispy croissant, offering a modern twist on the traditional fried dough.
