AMEOI is a private kitchen that uses seasonal local ingredients, blending Hakka culinary traditions with Western techniques to present unique Hakka-style dishes. The name AMEOI comes from the Meilong Hakka dialect of founder Jin's hometown in Kaohsiung, expressing surprise and admiration, similar to "Oh my!" or "Wow!" The aim is for every guest to leave AMEOI with the same sense of awe.
