OZ Cafe & Bistro was founded by three good friends who met while on working holidays in Melbourne. Each worked in different cafés and restaurants, but whenever they had time, they explored various dining venues together—from French and Italian to Australian cuisine, from casual cafés to lively pubs. Through these experiences, they gained insight into a rich and diverse culinary culture, inspiring a shared dream to bring this vibrant dining experience back to Taiwan.
