Tableau translates to "tabletop" or "painting" in French. The restaurant aims to present dishes that resemble still-life paintings, offering an artistic culinary experience. Head Chef Craig Yang, a former core team member at Michelin two-star restaurant RAW (2018-2021), creates a unique "Contemporary French Banquet" that reflects his upbringing in Taiwan's banquet culture.
Ganko
In 1963, the founder of Ganko Sushi, Atsushi Kojima, opened the first sushi restaurant in Osaka, Japan. Now, after 60 years, it has become a well-known Japanese chain in the Kansai region. In 2018, President Sheng-tien Chen of the Sampo Group reached a cooperative agreement with Chairman Kojima, leading to the establishment of Ganko in Taiwan in 2019.
