“OZ” stands for Australia and also represents the names of the three partners: “OA,” “ZOE,” and “ZACK.” Our story begins here. OZ Cafe & Bistro was founded by three good friends who met while on working holidays in Melbourne. Each worked in different cafés and restaurants, but whenever they had time, they explored various dining venues together—from French and Italian to Australian cuisine, from casual cafés to lively pubs. Through these experiences, they gained insight into a rich and diverse culinary culture, inspiring a shared dream to bring this vibrant dining experience back to Taiwan.

The restaurant conveys its culinary philosophy through its zodiac and animal-themed series, featuring simple interior design and hardware that evoke an abstract zoo aesthetic.
