AMEOI is a private kitchen that uses seasonal local ingredients, blending Hakka culinary traditions with Western techniques to present unique Hakka-style dishes. The name AMEOI comes from the Meilong Hakka dialect of founder Jin's hometown in Kaohsiung, expressing surprise and admiration, similar to "Oh my!" or "Wow!"
