Fumo
The name Fumo is derived from the Italian word for "smoke," evoking the imagery of gentle rising smoke. The chef, having worked in Taiwan for nearly a decade, has forged friendships with several Italians who, for various reasons, have also chosen to make Taiwan their home. Together, they opened this cozy restaurant, aiming to bring authentic Italian cuisine to both the local community and Italians living in Taiwan.
