Tipsygarden was founded by three bartenders with over 30 years of combined experience. They brought talents together to create this chill bistro and bar in Dadaocheng/Dihua Street. With a ceiling adorned with dried flowers, over 70% of which are used in floral arrangements, the space is designed for guests to unwind.
