Nong Lai Restaurant in Taipei has been established for over thirty years and is renowned for its classic Taiwanese cuisine. The second-generation successor, Chef Huang Jinglong (Master Long), inherits the "learning, diligence, and inheritance" philosophy of Nong Lai Restaurant's founder, Mr. Huang Hongzhong. Opened in Taipei in December 2006. Our Italian restaurant, "TRASTEVERE," is a direct translation of the Chinese name, meaning "Toraste," and is an Italian restaurant originating from Rome, passed down through Tokyo to Taiwan.
