About Amadeus Café The name Amadeus is inspired by the Austrian musical prodigy Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. In the 17th century, the Ottoman army's westward conquest of Europe brought the mysterious coffee beans to Vienna, which then became the birthplace of European coffee culture. The brand logo features the edelweiss, Austria's national flower, symbolizing courage. Beneath its beautiful and pure exterior lies resilience, reflecting our unwavering commitment to excellence. The café offers a variety of Austrian specialties, presenting authentic European flavors. Guests can savor an elegant culinary experience, creating a captivating gastronomic symphony. The café operates Amadeus Café, Amadeus Dessert Shop, and Amadeus Premium Ice Cream.

Founded in 2010, Lao Wang interprets the classic way of soup making with four flavors: "rich, sweet, fresh, and clear." Following traditional stewing methods, it infuses the pure flavors of nature into the soup. The soup is slowly simmered with the delicacies of nature, including the mild and spicy aroma of Hainan white pepper, the rich and lingering flavor of Jinhua ham, the mellow and fresh taste of wild mushrooms, and the refreshing and sweet taste of Sichuan red soup. Every bite is a masterpiece refined by time.

JUNTO, the newest Chinese restaurant under the JUNTO hotel brand, officially opened at the end of 2024. The name "Tong" is derived from the concepts of "Great Harmony" and "Lesser Prosperity" in the *Book of Rites*, signifying a world without boundaries.
